Registration and Fees

Joining the club is easy.  If you are a  swimmer (18 years or older) you'll need to join US Masters Swimming. This provides you and our club
insurance coverage and allows you to swim at any US Masters Swimming practice.  To practice with U City Swim Club, just show up at the pool
with a copy of your US Masters Swimming card and we'll get you registered.  You are welcome to try us out for two practices before you make a decision
to swim with us.  Our schedule for indoor season is:  T, Th  6- 7 am and Sat 8-9:30 am.

Youth swimmers will need to join USA Swimming.  This is your child's insurance coverage, allows them to swim at USA Swimming sanctioned meets, and provides our club
with insurance coverage.  We will provide you with the registration form and help you fill it out.  We will also have U City Swim Club registration papers for you to fill out. You
may join us at any time during the swim season.  Some swimmers only join us for a few months each season and then return the following year.  Our schedule for indoor season is:
M, T, W, Th  5:30- 7:00 pm and Sat 8-9:30 am
.  Your child's swimming abilities will be evaluated by our coaching staff.  An appropriate workout schedule will be suggested for them.
Most of our swimmers 8 & under of age swim twice a week.  As your child gets older additional practices are beneficial.  Our team encourages participation in meets, though it is not mandatory
Parents are required to volunteer to help with our Home Meets, which are usually two a year.

If you have questions that our website and registration papers do not answer, please feel free to contact us by email info@universitycityswimclub.com .

Limited Financial Aid is available to assist families in need with UCSC monthly fees.  Early application is strongly suggested.
