Hell Week Goes Lite; UCSC Wishes All A Happy New Year

Well, Hell Week is over, and it was a bit of a fizzle, what with the pool closing two days last week and practice ending early one day this week due to frigid water.

Those who attended did work it hard. Speaking for myself only, I encountered a completely new lane (Beldon Lane, Jon's Dad). And yesterday he and I did 25 x 100, plus some other stuff, totalling over 3000 -- not bad for a couple of old guys!

Happy New Year to all, and remember to plan for January Thaw and the Gator meet in Cape, which will be coming right up.
