Welcome to The New UCSC Blog and Website

This is a blog, or weblog, created to enhance communication between and among the UCSC Board, parents, swimmers and friends. The benefits of using a blog format are that it is very easy to update, the latest news will always be at the top, and all posted news will be date and time stamped, indicating the author.

Information about meets, pool closings, holiday hours, and other items of interest will be posted as we go. Related linked pages will take the place of the former team website (see links to the right). Some have yet to be completed.

This blog was created by UCSC Board member George Lenard with the intention of giving various other interested persons opportunities to contribute. Anyone may do so using the "comments" feature at the end of each posting.
